Coverage: what you take home from the show.
Event coverage is the filming and photography of a live event, planned in advance and edited afterwards into material you can use for months. For an exhibitor that usually means a stand film, a set of photographs and short vertical cuts for social. For an organiser or a conference it means speakers, audience and atmosphere.
A show lasts a few days. The footage is what your sales team, website and social feeds use for the rest of the year, so we plan the shot list before the doors open and edit to the platforms you publish on.

- Launch coverage. A new product shown to buyers, filmed and photographed as it happens
- Interviews. A founder, buyer or distributor on camera at the stand
- Photo set. Wide stand shots, product close-ups, the team and meetings, retouched and named for use

- Shot list. Agreed before the event: the stand, the product, the people and the interviews
- Access. We confirm passes, access and filming rules with the organiser or venue before the day
- Shoot. A crew sized to the brief
- Edit and delivery. The master film and the cutdowns, in the formats you publish

Event coverage questions: scope, cost and access.
Do you cover exhibitions and trade shows in Dubai?
Yes. We film and photograph exhibitions, conferences, launches and brand events in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah and across the UAE. Coverage is planned from a brief and a shot list, then edited into the formats you publish.
How much does event videography cost in Dubai?
Event coverage is quoted per brief, because the cost depends on the number of days, the crew, the deliverables and the edit. As a guide, a reel starts from AED 1,000 for the shoot alone and from AED 1,500 shot and edited, and one crew call is shared across everything shot in it. Send us the event and we will scope it.
How quickly do we get the photos and film?
The deadline is agreed in the brief. Photography is normally delivered in 5 to 10 working days from brief to delivery. If you need material while the show is still on, tell us at the start and we will say what is realistic.
Do I need a permit to film at an exhibition?
It depends on the venue, the organiser and whether the footage is for commercial use. Dubai requires a Dubai Film and TV Commission permit for essentially any professional production, and exhibition halls set their own filming rules. We confirm access with the organiser before the day.
What should we film at our Gulfood stand?
A stand film, product and packaging close-ups, the team with visitors, a founder interview and vertical cutdowns for social. Our Gulfood 2027 content plan has the full shot list and a timeline from eight weeks out.
Can you cover an event outside Dubai?
Yes. We work across the UAE, including Abu Dhabi and Sharjah, and in Pakistan.
