How much does event coverage cost in Dubai?
Event coverage is quoted per brief because the cost depends on days, crew, deliverables and edit. A reel starts from AED 1,000 for the shoot alone and from AED 1,500 shot and edited.
Can you live stream our event in 4K?
Yes. We produce multi-camera 4K live streams and outside broadcast from the venue, with a recording and backup.
When should we book coverage for a show?
We suggest about eight weeks before. That leaves time to agree the shot list, shoot products in a studio and confirm filming rules and passes with the organiser.
Do we need a permit to film at an exhibition?
It depends on the venue, the organiser and whether the footage is for commercial use. We confirm access with the organiser before the day.
