This website is operated by Steer Media Tech L.L.C., a creative and advertising agency with studios in Dubai and Karachi. By browsing it, you agree to what follows.
1. Accepting these terms
Using steermedia.com means you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site. If you are using it on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorised to accept on its behalf.
2. Using this site
You may browse the site, and share or print pages for your own reference or to evaluate us as a supplier. You may not:
- copy, republish or resell our content as your own, or present our work as yours;
- scrape, harvest or bulk-download the site, or use it to train a machine-learning model, without our written permission;
- attempt to interfere with the site, probe it for vulnerabilities, or introduce anything malicious;
- use the enquiry form to send spam, bulk solicitations or unlawful material.
3. Our intellectual property
The design, code, written copy, layout and photography of this site, and the Steer Media name and logo, belong to Steer Media Tech L.L.C. or are used under licence. Nothing on this site transfers any of those rights to you.
4. Client work and trademarks
The campaigns, films, packaging, identities and photographs shown in our portfolio were produced by Steer Media for the clients named. Those clients own their own brands. All third-party names, logos and trademarks shown on this site remain the property of their respective owners, and appear here solely to identify work we have produced. Their appearance is not a claim of ownership by us, and does not imply that those owners endorse or sponsor Steer Media.
If you own a mark shown here and would like it removed, email [email protected] and we will act promptly.
5. Enquiries and proposals
The information on this site is an invitation to talk to us, not an offer capable of acceptance. Submitting the enquiry form does not create a contract, reserve capacity, or oblige either of us to anything. Any engagement between us will be governed by a separate written agreement, scope and fee schedule.
Figures quoted on this site — results, timelines, view counts and returns achieved for past clients — describe what happened on those projects. They are not a promise of the same outcome on yours.
6. Links and embedded content
Some pages embed video from YouTube and Vimeo, and maps from Google, and link to third-party sites. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content, availability or terms. Your use of them is between you and them.
7. Accuracy of content
We keep this site current and accurate as best we can, but it is provided “as is”. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that every detail is up to date at the moment you read it.
8. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Steer Media is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, business or data arising from your use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, or for anything that cannot lawfully be limited.
9. Privacy
How we handle information you send us is set out in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai, and the courts of Dubai will have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from this website.
11. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published here is the one that applies, and the date at the top of this page tells you when it last changed.
